Senior Vice President of Human Resources

One of our clients is seeking to hire a Senior Vice President of Human Resources to join their team.



The SVP reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and works in close partnership with the executive and management teams. The role has leadership responsibility for strategies and programs that build organizational and individual capabilities to fulfill the corporate mission and achieve a culture characterized by our values and brand promises.

The HR SVP leads key strategies and processes, including leadership development, organizational development and change management, on-boarding, performance management, succession planning, and employee appreciation, engagement and retention. The HR SVP also directs the Human Resources team of 11 and oversees operational functions such as HR budget management, payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration, worker’s compensation administration, and employee issue management.
