Description:
One of our clients is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant to join their team. This position will provide operational support and report to one of three senior partners occasionally assisting the other two partners. The EA will be comfortable utilizing recent technology and software, have very strong spreadsheet skills with the ability manipulate data into reporting format, work with formulas and charts.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure various administrative support functions are completed accurately and timely.
- Collect and analyze information to generate reports, researches and creates presentations from various data sources.
- Provide weekly sales analysis to senior partner.
- May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget
- This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years prior executive admin experience in corporate environment, in furniture distribution a plus.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, advanced in Excel.
- Must have high energy-proactive work ethic.
- Willingness to learn with the ability to work and think independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must have friendly, professional demeanor.
